ANOTHER POINTS FINISH FOR ÁLEX MÁRQUEZ AT ASSEN

Álex Márquez staged another Sunday fightback to claim a points finish at the Dutch Grand Prix, taking 15^th position in an incident-packed race at Assen. The LCR Honda CASTROL rider fought through from the seventh row to sign off for the summer break with another respectable performance at the legendary Dutch layout.

Sitting 21^st on the grid, the Spaniard got away well from the start line to immediately move himself up into the points positions by the time the riders settled on the first lap. He battled hard in a race which saw numerous crashes and some late rain, eventually taking his eighth points finish from 11 rounds this season.
